Jim and Pam Morris

Tell us a little about yourself:

We married August 22, 1983 and birthed our first and only child, Caroline, April 28, 1989. Jim grew up in the Madison/Rivergate area and Pam grew up in Portland, TN.  Jim is a retired school administrator and continues to work part-time with MNPS. Pam is a retired engineer from Peterbilt Motors and currently cleans houses part-time.

What most excites you about Well House Church?
We both are excited about being an imperfect church who welcomes imperfect people and introduces them to a perfect God! Jim absolutely loves the freedom experienced in our worship and the variety of ways we can honor Christ. Pam loves the diversity in our partners backgrounds and how we all are unified by our core belief in Christ.
We are eager to spread Christ’s love and acceptance to the Rivergate and surrounding communities.
What hobbies/activities/events give you life?

Jim enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle while Pam enjoys a serving of chocolate each day. We enjoy reading and taking long walks on the beach for relaxation while on vacation. Jim and Pam love being involved with the people and events at Well House.

Share with us some favorites:

We like eating Mexican often and are happy to eat out almost anywhere at a moments notice. We both love reading books by our favorite authors: N.T. Wright, Timothy Keller, Richard Foster, Henri Nouwen, A.W. Tozer, and Frank Viola.

Give us one “fun fact”:

Our roles are a bit reversed at home from the typical couple. Jim is the artsy, interior design person and he’s big on food presentation when serving guests. Pam is the “Tool Time Tim” making house repairs, painting, and engineering all home renovation projects – we make a good team!
